MARC DRUMWRIGHT

        

Marc is a Real Estate Professional and Broker with over fifteen years experience and a member of Houston Association of Realtors. Prior to starting Southwest Realty Advisors in 1999 he was with another Houston based commercial real estate & development firm. This gave him a solid background in project leasing, tenant representation, design build and site acquisition. 

Since establishing Southwest Realty Advisors in 1999 Marc has completed over 850 transactions in sales, leasing & development with 60+ plus build-to-suits & site selections. With this track record, it has consistently placed him in the Heavy Hitters of the Houston Business Journal and becoming a force in the industrial & build-to-suit markets. 

Marc is a Houston native with a marketing degree from the University of North Texas. He is married with three children and a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church. He is an avid auto racer and enjoys watching his children play sports.

ANTHONY J. “TONY” PATRONELLA II

Tony joined Southwest Realty Advisors in June 2000 as a senior vice president.  He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and works as a licensed real estate broker in Houston and the surrounding areas.  His area of specialization is in the selling of land and in land redevelopment.  His clients include major national firms, government agencies and local area developers.  Tony is a top producer and has personally been responsible for over $300,000,000 of land sales over the course of his career.

Tony received a BBA in business management from Texas A&M University and was a member of the Corp of Cadets.  He is a native Houstonian and his family has been in the Houston area for over 100 years.  

He is married and has two children.  Tony is an avid golfer and is a parent volunteer at St. Michael Catholic School and St. Thomas High School.

STEVEN O’CONNOR

Upon joining Southwest Realty Advisors, Steven has focused on tenant representation, land sales and project leasing in the Industrial Real Estate Sector for Houston. Prior to joining Southwest Realty Steven worked in residential real estate in Austin but his goal was to transition to commercial and industrial sectors of real estate. 

Steven is a Houston Native, attending high school at Foster High School. There he was a member of the Varsity golf team all four years as well as an honor student. Steven graduated from Texas State Universitwith a BA in Political Science. During his time in San Marcos, Steven was an active member of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization and competed in collegiate golf tournaments.

Steven is an avid golf and football fan and still competes competitively in golf tournaments. He also enjoys auto racing.

PATRICK McKIERNAN

Patrick is focused on tenant representation, sales and leasing of industrial warehouse space. Patrick came to SRA with a background in management, marketing and sales.

Patrick was born and raised in Houston. He attended Klein Oak High School where he was involved in Varsity Lacrosse and Track. Upon Graduation of high school, Patrick studied Business Administration at the University of Houston. 

Patrick spends his personal time with friends and family, and is an avid cyclist. He has completed the BP MS150 bike ride to Austin three times and has volunteered two additional years to the tour which raises money for Multiple Sclerosis. He also plays football, golf and basketball and wakeboards. Patrick is a true Houston sports fan attending Rockets’, Astros’ and Texans’ games as much as he can.

MARY ANN BANKSTON

Mary Ann has been with Southwest Realty Advisors since its inception.  She is the administrative assistant and manages the office by assisting the brokers, compiling brochures, and general office duties.

Prior to being employed by SRA, she retired from the Harris County District Attorney's Office after 26 years of service in 1999.

She has been married for 38 years to Mike Bankston and they have two sons and two daughters in law and one granddaughter. Mary Ann loves cooking and spending time with her family.
